  Your first appointment with Belinda will include a thorough look at your pregnancy health and discussion of treatment plan as well as your first treatment.This will all be covered in 90mins

  Regular Pregnancy Massage will include at the beginning of each session filling in a smaller version of the health history form and a review of that before treatment commences. The Total session will be 75mins.

  a 45 min session of stretching and exercises to assist in foot relief and recovery with a focus on Plantar Fasciitis. Please make sure you wear active wear and socks (if you have grip socks wear those).
